This is part of the systemic racist engine that helps keep systemic racism alive.  Again unlike those individuals who have a people and culture that they can identify, the African American is limited due to the broad brush that has been used to label a group who’s identity has been stripped/stolen from them and replaced with the institutionalizing of knowing where you are in the cast system that has been created and partial self-imposed  by the people themselves.
